Cudgegong Park Murray Greys and Angus

A Brief History of Cudgegong Park

    Cudgegong Park Herd History

    • Graham grew up on a cattle property breeding stud and commercial Angus cattle.
    • In 1989 he and his wife Celia established the Cudgegong Park Murray Grey herd because of the great temperament and carcase qualities of the Murray Greys. The ability to work with and handle Murray Greys single handedly is a true credit to the breed’s temperament.(See Below)
    • We currently run about 80 performance recorded breeding cows aiming to produce bulls and females for both the Seedstock and Commercial beef producer.

The Murray Grey Temperament

At the 2001 Canberra Royal Show, Cudgegong Park Muscles, see photo below, was expertly shown and prepared by the students of Richmond High School.

In the paraders class ‘Muscles’ was led and paraded to the amazement of the  onlooking crowd by a blind student!
